- All chicks and poultry are hormone-free and naturally raised.
- Our breeds are 100% real and carefully selected for health and temperament.
- Live animal availability is subject to change based on hatching schedules and seasonal factors.
3. Shipping Policy
- Live Poultry (Chicks, Ducklings, etc.): Shipped via USPS Express (1–2 business days).
- Poultry Supplies: Shipped via standard delivery (4–8 business days).
- We do not ship internationally UNLESS its supplies.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive live poultry upon delivery to prevent any delays or health risks.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee
We take great care in packaging and shipping your poultry safely. If you experience any issues with your delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photos and details so we can assist or provide replacements where applicable.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of live animal sales, all poultry purchases are non-refundable unless a live arrival issue is reported within 24 hours.
Returns for supplies (feeders, supplements, etc.) are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
